About US

 Heart Tribe is a Fort Collins, Colorado–based indie folk collective rooted in compassion and connection. Since forming in 2017, the band has crafted dynamic, heartfelt songs that invite listeners into a space of healing, reflection, and shared humanity. Led by Stephanie Heart Powers on guitar and vocals, alongside Simon Cabrera (percussion), Destin Muller (bass), Sarah Melby Yoder (flute), and newest addition Juan "Chewie" Duarte (lead guitar), Heart Tribe uses sound as a bridge—spreading messages of love, acceptance, and unity beyond our differences.
